Self-motivation is the key to success for every student. If your students are not self-motivated, you can never bring them on the victory stand, for they themselves are not ready to achieve the goals and objectives.

As a virtual learning professional, it is one of your duties to drag your student towards self-motivation. Inject the enthusiasm, zeal, zest, and passion into your students by your words and actions.

Tell your student to try over and over again, no matter how many times they fail. Tell them that there is nothing wrong with starting all over again after facing failure. Keep one thing in mind that you can’t drag your students to the goal and finish line until they have an inner will to hit the finish line.

Develop a sense of self-motivation in your students, for that’s what makes them try harder than before to get their goals.

4. Social Competence:

It is the ability to recognize and understand the emotions of others within social situations.

Social awareness is a very important factor in virtual learning as this is very crucial because of students in making decisions.
